Design
We will take you through the full design process including requirements for environmental Impact Surveys and Arboricultural Impact Assessments, stakeholder liaison, planning statements, design and access statements and if required planning appeals. We also offer a floodlighting design service
Build Your Padel Court
We offer a full ring beam, court build and installation service of all padel courts.
This means you can sit back and watch your site or club be transformed into a well populated facility with all the equipment needed for Coaches and Members to be able to enjoy this great fun and easy game to the full.

We offer a complete CRM system and booking platform and related marketing giving you the ability to keep your eyes on everything from any smart device (Phones and Tablets). You can also generate access codes, check availability, permanently lock gates, monitor how busy each site is and even add special discounts on certain days.

With the expansion of Padel in the UK many committees are in need of proof that the use will make a positive contribution to their facility. We have the answer, let us install a club at no charge to you and work on a revenue share that works. If after the trial period you no longer need the court - we will remove it at no cost.

Pressure Washing
Keeping your courts clean is a must. Moss and Algae can become very slippery and even make courts unplayable we will work alongside your business and can put plans in place to prevent organic growth from returning leaving your courts looking great all year round.
Court Painting
Painting your courts can really bring them back to life and potentially encourage more people to want to play or get involved. From line touch-ups to full court painting we will go that extra mile to make your site really stand out.
Resurfacing
Tarmac doesn't last forever and eventually every court will need to be resurfaced. We work hard to make sure our prices are competitive and always provide a top quality of work.

•Steve Riley is the founder of Will to Win see (www.willtowin.co.uk) , and continues to be a trustee, he has been at the forefront of tennis programme and facility innovation for 25 years- designing and developing courts and a variety of sports facilities to maximize potential.
•As a past consultant and partner of the LTA, director, Steve Riley has gained valuable experience in all aspects of the facility development business, from planning applications to environmental impact surveys to facility specification analysis. With direct experience on over 150 tennis courts no issue is too daunting.
•Will to Win was the first company in the UK to install Padel courts in a public park, and as consequence Will to Win has an insight to a successful installation and operation.
•In recent years "Will to Win Construction" was formed to provide advice to clubs, councils and coaches regarding the most cost effective route to take to enhance and build top class facilities. We resurface, design lighting schemes, obtain planning permissions and also can clean, paint and wash your tennis courts.
•Based in Warrington and Loughborough the team are able to guarantee, quality, affordability and expert advice. Correct groundworks create court longevity, and with our dedication to give excellent customer service, you can be assured of a first class product.
